  #1 Gas prices are surprisingly competitive here..... though I do check the GasBuddy app on my phone before swinging by to fill up. Great location. Window cleaning buckets are usually filled & ready to use. Store is clean, well stocked & staff is super nice =)

  A funeral home should be ran by compassionate people and that was not the case in my experience... I would never recommend them.. And this is unfortunate because the situation is already a terrible one and they added to that pain..

  I recently went to view a showing with a friend and two agents from Howard Hanna that Paula Young was the listing agent on. While standing outside in the freezing cold for almost 30 minutes, the agent called Paula and had her on speaker. I was appalled and shocked by how Paula spoke to this agent, and how nasty and rude she was. Paula was screaming and swearing at the agent, saying she would not give her the code for the lockbox for us to get in to view the property because she was doing something else and that she didn't give a damn if people were waiting outside in the cold! then, she (Paula) went on to accuse the agent of being rude to her! I am a former real estate agent currently working as a non profit executive director in the mental health field, and one of the reasons I got out of the real estate business is due to agents like Paula Young! How unprofessional, unhelpful, rude and verbally abusive this woman was to the other agent form Howard Hanna! Paula Young demonstrated horrible customer service skills, rather a lack of, and I warn anyone thinking of doing business with her or this company to beware! Please do business with another broker! This woman is a clear bully and I can only imagine what doing business with her or Prestige Realty West would be like if this is how she speaks with people!
